Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, in the original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days of the delivery date. Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued by company check or bank transfer to your provided account within 7–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Depending on your bank, please allow additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened or used personal care products (skincare, cosmetics, hygiene items); perishable foods, beverages, or supplements; activated digital items, gift cards, or downloadable software; items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at time of purchase; intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear) with hygiene seals removed; and custom or personalized orders. Return Conditions & Restocking Fees
Items returned used, damaged, missing parts, or with signs of installation will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of large-volume orders (10+ units) or high-value items over $500 unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a verified defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
How to Initiate a Return (Step by Step)
1. Contact our Returns Department within 15 days of delivery at info@marketorashop.info or call +1 203-853-5653 with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Package the item securely with the RA number clearly written on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the return to our designated warehouse address (provided with RA).
5. Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
Exchanges: For defective or wrong items, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost once the return is confirmed. For size or color exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item per above.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description. We will arrange a free return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement immediately upon verification. Do not discard the original packaging — photographic evidence is required for carrier claims.
